Not often I play with black and white photography so gave it a go. Like this, the way the lion holds the paw, while licking over the other one.

Hee, you did a good job on the timing - captured the lion's tongue just right :>
...However I did notice that the photo looks a tad "washed out". This is fixable by dropping the Brightness and boosting the
Contrast by roughly 15-25%.
Also, the viewers eye could be fixed more firmly towards the photo's subject (face/tongue/paw) by Guasian blurring the left side
around the backdrop/lower-body. Again this gives the picture more impact.
Finally I think the image could be seriously enhanced by giving it some framing. By this I mean you should add 30px tall black strips
to the top and bottom of the picture. This framing further enforces the viewers attention to the subject matter, and gives the
photo a "profesional" zeal to it (yeah, cliche but everyone <3 pro's)
So yeah,
