This looks very similar to a character drawn by an artist whose name escapes me.
The image this reminds me of has Anubis and, I think, Apophis who is essentially a horse with a peacock tail (much like Telavie).
Were you inspired by another artist, and if so, which one? It's driving me nuts trying to remember.

My last post got cut off short.
I had mis-remembered the pose, I think it's the overall feel of the character that sparked my memory. Every now and then separate artists do come up with strikingly similar designs through no fault of their own, I think this is a case in point :)
