Thank you! It's a little liberating to mix the cute with the sad in such a way. It's been a couple of years, but it does seem good. At that time I would've probably put in several not-so-subtle reference to the parts of society I detest (meat industry, organised religion, corporate greed).. but now I can go back to drawing happy bouncy ponies without having tried too hard and it's a good feeling. :D
