Black Rat is a TF artist of some renown for a long long time. His style is unmistakable, but he does periodically go on hiatus. He's recently been emerging from one such break, and just a little while ago drew me an 8-page Felicia TF, a 4-page Guilmon TF (colored for WWF charity by notveryathletic ), and a while before that he did a 5-page Rooth'ragon TF sequence. Plus a few oneseys twoseys here and there over the past ... decade? O.O

So he had given Rooth'ragon the ol' TF treatment. Time to give the 'roo some love. And with twice the number of pages? O_O You bet! But I won't spam them. Gonna mete them out.

As usual, our innocent victim dude is unexpectedly dosed with some TF magic. This time in the form of Rooth'roo's favorite beverage, with some newfangled nasty flavor. Why would anyone want to drink some of those Dew flavors is beyond me. But what an interesting way for some mad scientist to conceal his experiments conducted on the mass population.
