I've been taking a Zbrush class from a friend of mine who works at Sideshow Collectibles. It's been pretty cool.

I made this dude in a couple hours on saturday. I like him. Maybe next week he'll have a body!

Thank you! It's a lot of fun once you learn the program itself x-x I tried to do tutorials and it wasn't working. Didn't make ANY sense. Luckily my friend teaches classes and I got to take a class with a bunch of other practical effects artists I know.

Nice, I seriously want to do any art class but a lack of a job puts a damper on that idea ^^;

Community colleges should be a bit cheaper at least. Maybe an online class?

This class was "free" it just cost me a bottle of Jameson XD Cos he's a pal and wants to help all us practical people out :)

Yeah, ZBrush needs some headwrapping, but once you know the basics, that's really all you'll need.

With what knowledge of form you've already got in your head, I really can't wait to see you take it further.

let me guess : it's on mac ? if it's, use apple touch + 3 for to take the whole screen :)
