(yes, the two characters I left as sketchy shapes, because when you are ruler of the world, nobody else matters)

It does kind of look like that, but if you play certain games there is often an option to increase upper body muscle size, and when you do something to increase the size, the chest will often push forward a bit. And when you have a chest that's pushed forward, then you're looking at that character from behind while they turn their head to look at you, it looks very much like this image.

It's a digging tool/trowel, but like many weapons in the orient, they were used to fight since the governments made sure the peasantry would be without conventional weapons to deter uprisings. Obviously didn't always work, but that's why personal armament is mentioned in the U.S. Constitution.
Eh, he's not that lucky. He just makes it seem so due to the chaos that attracts to him.
