Wouldn't it be an American Bully?
As Am. Bulldogs aren't generally cropped.

No he's considered an Am. bulldog since he's a good 24-25" high and isn't built like the bully; his "badass" owners just wanted a "badass" looking dog and got his ears cropped anyhow. I do realize this isn't breed standards.
