I've recently considered joining  Purplekecleon 's PMD-Explorers thing. My muse simply feels drawn to/inspired by it. Those of you who know me know that I can't refuse such a beckoning if I tried.

One of the characters I've been playing with making for it is Soren the Drowzee. He's usually very calm and collected, but has an unfortunate aversion to dark-types because of their immunity to his psychic readings. This is made all the more unfortunate by the rogue leader, Devonshire, being not only a dark-type, but one of the most terrifying things in existence.

Pity I didn't really do him justice, since this was just something quick. Try to imagine him as he is in the comic, a creeping shade looming over poor Soren.

Regardless, I've been playing with storyboard ideas and sketches of potential scenes, and this sketch in particular makes me smile every time I look at it. I try to make it a rule to share anything that has that effect on me.
