Okay this was done really quickly since I was working on a painting and decided it would be a good way of sharing my technique for painting monster teeth about half way through!
I really enjoy painting monster teeth, and this is a trick I learned while painting some RE characters.
Mainly, you want to create a dark gradient blending the color of the gums with the color of the teeth, then using highlights to define the forms of the teeth. Sorry it's pretty sloppily done, it looks more like a walkthrough since I'm mostly babbling through it.
Done with photoshop CS3
