I... have experienced this exact thing. As a kid, I had passed out at school after being severely winded. I still remember the snippet of dream just before waking up. I was at home, and I ran to my room to escape something I didn't want to deal with. My mom followed me. "You have to go back now." "But I don't want to." "You have to. Go, now." I didn't want to wake up back to the real world.
