My name is Krystal and I come for the princess!
Note: I drew her according to several in-game screenshots, but her designs changed so many times, it was hard to be consistent. I also had a nice poster from the E3 but the armour on her arm was different. So this is kinda like a mix of all my references I had, I tried to stay true to the N64 style also. (Textures and markings)
Probably one of the biggest lost of the N64, and no SFA doesn't value much compared. :<
Dinosaur Planet was RARE's last game on the N64 and, for making it short, was going to be AWESOME. You could control two characters, Krystal and Sabre (which I'll maybe draw later).

I was so excited for this version of the game. I was so let down when they cancelled it.
For those reading this: Krystal was supposed to be the lead character of the original Dinosaur planet along with a sword wielding cat Sabre. For those who hated the game: Krystal did not ruin starfox, Starfox Ruined Krystal by removing her role entirely. Just FYI

Thank you. Chibi Paint have something with the lines that always makes me draw in shape and curves, it's really a fun program.
Hey thank you kindly. I think they "adapted" her young design for a StarFox game. (More mature design) Also, they were sketches of her more older in the N64 era but I think they rapidly simplified her design, knowing they couldn't make it on a N64 hardware. Maybe they also grabbed the chance to retake those ideas when they switched to a more powerful system: the gamecube? :>
