I come from a simpler time and near the "cane shaking" yelling at the kids age for them to "get the hell off my lawn" time. But I got wisdom in my years...
Back in my day, the theme was that your neighbors grass was greener. Sure, it sounds cool to be somewhere where things smell rosy for your key self, but there is always - ALWAYS, a gotcha there. Those gotchas are what those that live that live there are bitching about and thinking there is greener grass in some other place.

There is no greener grass anywhere except over the septic tank.

Be proactive where you are and move that forward. Tucking your tail and trying to find a perfect place wont happen.

Do some change or at least try where you are to make things right.

Thats what moves humanity forward. If everyone - where they are - does this correctly, it will happen.

This is not a rip at you I hope to convey, but the feeling of a wrong response to how things move on and that make things change because they are are gut responses with a valid vector, but only muddy the waters if not thought out.

This is a "hard row to hoe", but in the end, its the only way.
