LET HER SHOW YOU IT.
So I managed to get this out, hopefully meaning my artist's block is gone for a bit.
I've always felt that Nintendo pretty much completely forgot that Daisy is a desert princess. There's pretty much no sign of it in any of her attire, the only things there are to remind us are Super Mario Land, and; well, not much else.
So I decided that I would do something to remind us that she's from the deserts of Sarasaland.
So I did a little research as to dances from egypt and stuff like that, and the only one I could really find was belly dancing and its variants (There's apparently a "Queen of the Pyramid" belly dance contest), which works, since it's fairly connected to the desert.
Though I'm not quite sure if rulers and royalty ever belly-danced. It's always come off as more of a harem girl/whatever you wanna call them sort of thing. Not something royalty would do; but it's the best I could find.
I had a hard time trying to get her hips to look, well, hip-sy. Her stomach came pretty natural though; and her face was the hardest part of everything ever. I hate faces.

Was looking around youtube for some bellydancing videos to get an idea, and that pose just kinda stuck.
