The ungrateful citizens just got their lifetime dose of surreal!
If ye Gaussian Blur and object in Photoshop then make the settings 'Soft Light' then it usually makes the image brighter.
But sometimes it can make it see through XD
Nicole doesn' do that expression so the Capn' went by the Gumball expression an transposed it to Nicole's body...an it didn't work ^^;
