Noice, the only problem I see is the left ear, I don't think ears go like that.
Also, what are you using to draw?

Thanks. Yeah I see now, the ear does look awkward. I'm using sai and the photoshop trial for shading

Sai is really simple to use and I believe the full version is free as well
