So this here is Fry, heavily Boondocks inspired. And incase your wondering who Fry is, she's Cozmic.
Back when I first started creating Cozmic, she was called Fry because Cozmic didn't sound like a real name to me. Plus I am the youngest twin apart from  shockwavedrawings , so "Fry" makes sense. So you can call her Fry or Cozmic.
But when she is drawn as a trans or male like here she is usually called Fry.
P.S She didn't have that eye marking yet
