Aside from the subject matter, which isn't my cup of tea, this just looks too 2 Dimensional.
Try adding depth to the character, so that you can see the body's actual shape, and try working on the posing of limbs.
If you're having trouble drawing a pose - take a photograph of yourself doing it and use it as a reference.
Otherwise, this isn't all bad.
