You'd be thinking right- i've got a copy with plans for the handbrake system for an 0-4-0 named 'Titch', and it seems there's a few around still-

It's not just fun to ride on but it's equally enjoyable to drive, too! If you come to Britain (England, Wales, or Scotland), you'll find that we have a rich 'network' of preserved railways including the Talyllyn Railway, the first railway in the world to be preserved! Take a look!: http://www.heritagerailways.com/

Well yes you do! That's mostly why I love your railways. For the preserved trains you have. I am sincerely more of a diesel-lover person. And your diesels are just... Here in Portugal we have two types of locomotives that are English Electric "descendants". And I can assure you, every UK rail lover, just loves to listen to the noise they make! Not too long I also bought a UK Railway magazine called "Railways Illustrated". It made me smille to see the many effort you guys make to preserve locomotives. Unfotunatly it doesn't work like that in Portugal!
