Yeah, I've noticed that as well.

They do seem that way, with how white they are. But honestly I wasn't specifically thinking of them when I drew them, I was just going off some reference photos I found. So I guess it's up to your imagination to decide!

You do draw otters very well, and "very well" is an understatement. I lack the proper term, they ... look like so alive. For example, staring at this drawing I feel charmed by the richness of life it expresses. All your drawings get the same, magical feeling, but somehow your otters get to be more special than the other races. ^^
