My first attempt at MLP: FiM fan art, so I kept the pose and such simple. Also took artistic licence with the background, as I'm sure no sky in Equestria has those colors--I just wanted to go with something that would set off her colors.
I plan to do a lot more and possibly revisit Rainbow Dash once I've gotten more comfortable drawing ponies if I think I can do better.
Done with ink, then colored in Photoshop.
