Yes! Even though this isn't that good, I have done this entirely in gouache paints! This was a good experiment for me to practice painting and to see how well this paint works with different brushes, different amounts of water, etc.

I rented a book from my school's library so I could be inspired to do more art. It was a book about reef life and I instantly fell in love with the great variety of fish and anemonies in the ocean! They were so beautiful so I wanted to paint a picture of them.

One of my favorite fish species have to be butterfly fish because they're so beautiful and cute! Also, they reminded me of symbols on cards which also gave me the idea. The two fish in the middle of this painting are the Queen angelfish and the King angelfish (at least I think they're angelfish... I forgot LOL). But yes... they exist. I tried to make the four butterfly fish at the corners look like card symbols but... they didn't come out well... If you can figure out which is what, then that's great! :D

Also, I want to murder this copy machine because it doesn't want to take the whole picure.
