So here's the other character I made when I created Rex.
This is Caine.
I'm pretty happy with this.
I want to point one thing out, I was pressing down as hard as I could on those pencils and this was the best I could get as far as color and shadows.
Makes me sad.

I like this :D It looks great! A pencil crayon blender can help with the blending if you're having issues with that :3 They're like $6 and you can find them at most art stores.
as far as color goes, sometimes shading with the opposite color on the color wheel helps with shadows. It spretty hard with black....but if you had an orange character for example, using blue to shade would work :)
