that is the Coccyx everyone has one just looks like the bones for a tail cause of the angle and prolly from he pressure of the well the football

*muzzlepaws* The coccyx tapers into a point just past the pelvis. The person who doctored the pic obviously sampled vertibrea and used it to "extend" without tapering it with the pre-existing vertibrea.
