Heh...heck of a way to wake up. But then, Mugger looks so plush and huggable in the first two panels, so I guess it's not too surprising why Bonnie pounced her. XD
Very neat lighting details in this page, most notably the sunlighting effects coming in through the window in Mugger's room. I like the lineart and shading details you put into the creases/folds of Mugger's blue quilt as well. :)
Also, Bonnie looks just downright cute in the 4th panel. ^^

Because Fel, Mugger, Snake-chica etc were all roughly trained-adults when the project was destroyed. Even without the luck of human help, 2nd Gen stood a decent chance of survival on their own.
3rd gens like Bonnie were pretty much babies when the project went kaboom. It wouldn't be unusual to assume most 3rd gens dead. If the same forces that were gunning for Fel had come after Bonnie, death would've been instant.
