MY HANDS HURT SO MUCHH

I've never made a fursuit head this way but I've looked at a lot of WIPs and cartoony fursuit heads and I think I kinda got this down..
I know that the bottom jaw isn't attached to the rest of the foam.. this is on purpose cause I want a moving jaw and doing that will limit its movement. Picture 7 shows the elastics I'm going to sew in the inside so the jaw closes all the way (it doesn't close all the way as you can see in 6).
I hope that when I sew fur together on the face that the bottom jaw's cheek doesn't pop out... or cause too much friction between the foam so it doesn't open/close...
I am very happy with the shape but a moving jaw is a little difficult x)
This is about 5-6 hours of work.

Next i will make the ears with plastic
