First attempt at making Bechamel Sauce. I decided to make a bacon omelet for breakfast and complemented it with the sauce.

Looks like it'd be pretty good! I can't make an omelet to save my life. I always rip the damn things. =(

Omelets don't have to be folded in threes. You can fold them in half, or even leave them face up, and its still an omelet.

Nah, I mean when I go to flip the omelet to cook the other side, I always manage to rip a hole in it, and say screw it and make it into scrambled eggs.
