Jog. The one thing I hate the most, and the one thing my Lifemate resorts to if all else fails to get me to slim down.... and shi stays there to make sure I keep at it! Honestly that must be the worlds most durable treadmill... cause this pic is after I have lost a few dozen pounds already... :p
