More dancey, indeed! This seems to be just the right speed to balance the peacefulness of the original and yet still get your head moving. And hey, you cut out the top melody at points! That's a change. Awesome job mixing it back in on top of that last long melody.
Ending's a bit of just a drop-off, but I suppose it's what gets you to the ending that counts. ;)
