It's Tessa Night again, some time after the transformation has fully run it's course. Driven away from society, Tessa flees into the wilderness, where she finds a cave in the mountains that she claims as her new home/den.

Not sure what the grin is for. Perhaps this is a moment when her more wolfish side is in control or maybe she's just finally come to terms with what's happened to her...who knows? Because I don't.
