Not if you take a level in Amazon, all cleavage based penalties are nulled. (This is helpful for the transmogified male who finds himself suddenly filling a D-cup.)

Which amazons are we talking about? I seem to remember a myth that certain amazon tribeswomen would perform the ancient equivelant of reduction surgery on themselves (which I believe involves a sword and a lot of bleeding. And not much else) to make it easier to use their bows. :O

If memory serves....

The Amazons would remove the right breast (not the muscle) in order to be able to draw a bow harder / further without it getting in the way of the bow string.

nah, No Consious Control was also called NCC during 4th edition as well.

In the case of this power, it activates whenever someone of the correct orientation see's you, not if you see them. (which is up to GM anyway so.. might as well get the bonus for it)

I think the boobs would add 'moral' points to anyone on her side and take 'agility' points from the opponents (it's hard to fight when you keep getting distracted). They don't work against the undead or robots, though.
