she is base on Override from Transformers Cybertron but her arms transform differently.
Rouge's arms are the rear bumper and the rear wheels complete her shoulders.
due to the Override's large wide upper body that makes the changes.

i still can`t complete in time to reveal her vertical form.

your form looks awesome, but I chose this version because I happened to find a toy that already looks like this. A 3rd party transformer called a Cykon made by Maisto. It goes from a motorcycle to a robot with big feet and wings on its back, seeing it made me think Rouge the Bat. I'll actually be making this into a real custom toy in the next few weeks.
