Ohey, it took me a whole year to finish this, how pathetic. Well, I did worked on it back in last February but didn't even finished inking it. =/
So here we are, good ol' Static's finally finished. There are some subtle changes design-wise. The pose was inspired from one of my old friend's gift art years ago.
