Very nice so far. im just concerned about that elastic under the jaw. how are you planning to fur that without it showing? And be wary that it may pull from the foam if its pulled too hard, taking a layer of foam with it. Whats the chin elastic pattern under there if its ok to ask. coz if you have some going infront of your chin and under you should be able to just attach the foam and have a perfectly fine moving jaw :- ) i had trouble making jaws move when i tried to make it close with elastic but since just relying on jaw movements its been easier <3 hope that makes sense lol

I getchya, I getchya, thankyou for some feedback on the jaw. I went with the whole elastic under the chin round the back of the head method, and I don't know, It wasn't really tight enough to react or something. I thought maybe I had an accident with the glue and it killed my elasticity somewhere. It works perfectly with a strap under the chin, which sucks because like you said, I don't know how to hide it lol. I'm thinking to put some low density foam in there, to fill in under the elastic and smooth out/rounden? the cheeks haha, then the elastic will sit flat. I dunno. It's just trial and error a little bit now. I'll see what I can do.

i ended up cutting out the nose part on my balaclava coz my bfs got a bigger head/nose than me and it made the head able to fit him too haha. my styrofoam head i make my heads on happens to be the perfect size match to my head, other than his chin sticking out a tiny bit more than mine, i am lucky LOL.

its all trial and error, we all do things different and different things work for different people, even if the elastic ends up showing a tiny bit im sure it wont matter too much :) (plus i believe there will be white fur over the elastic anyway, right?)

Aaah I see. Smart how you have it surround the whole chin.. Maybe that's what mine needed. I have like, a small ass chin, so it needs to be tight as possible I think. I'll see what I can do with her without causing tooo much damage.

My head's exact same as my styrofoam head too! Thank dog for a small head, for once haha.

If it has to stay like this, if I get too fed up trying to find a solution lol, I'll try my best to work around it with the fur. May be doable. I dunno. You'll find out in ze future anyway! Haha
