Kevin is from the Middle Irish name "Caoimhghín" (believed to be derived from the Irish cóem "kind, honest, and handsome" and gein "birth"), So I'm guessing the Pony name for Kevin would be "Born Handsome" or something like that. Of course I'm using Wikipedia for an info source.

Kevin is taken from the Irish words meaning 'kind, honest, and handsome' and the word meaning 'birth'. So many people thing a human name is meaningless, when it actually often uses the same naming scheme as in the show. The words have just lost their meaning over time.
