
This car belongs to Dr. T. Dawson, the author of 'Stanley Steamer Tales'. The car itself was built in 1910. Stanley, being the largest steam car manufacturer in the world, had built over 11,000 of these vehicles between 1897 and 1927.

Oh man! I think that's a 1912 model, or in that era. I'll have to find out if Dr. T. Dawson also wrote, "The tale of a Stanly Steamer. A rather humorous book about a fellow who finds and restores a late 1920's model Stanley Steamer in the early 1950s. Did you know the Stanley family was instrumental in developing the Airbrush?
