She's a contemporary superhero, despite her medieval motif. So I had to figure out how to make her more of a threat to her opponents. Apparently she found out early enough that her favorite brand of industrial strenght hairspray (banned from regular stores) has potent enough ether-like chemicals to knock a person out and corrode metal and plastic when she shoots a quill at them. :D
