I think my favorite book of the first three is Outcast because of RuGaard, so much pathos generated by this character its hard not to feel for him. You captured his image very well, defiantly looks like he just stepped out from the pages of the book.

Just finished Outcast not too long ago, and have books 4 and 5 lined up (though i wish the publisher would release the shorter/thicker format book in quicker succession, the 'magazine style' book sizes are rather cumbersome >.< )

Yay for RuGaard!

... Recently finished the last of the books. :/ ending seemed rushed.

I like how you made him hide his bad eye and sii. Very faithful to the canon, and wonderfully detailed. I think he's also supposed to be missing a toe from one of his saa, but maybe it's just the one that's not visible from this angle. He looks so confident posing like that.

Sigh, what I wouldn't give for a proper ending to such a wonderful series. Books 1 - 4 were fantastic, and then it looks like the publisher got in the way of everything after that.

This art style really fits the book series. In fact, it fits just a it anything. I like it. I just began Outcast and I really like RuGaard/Copper. He's evil in just the right amounts and good in just the right places. Also, what is not clean about this image? Or is that not a link and this is the clean version?
