Alright, one last political joke. This one was too good to pass up.
For those of you who don't know, Foul Ole Ron is a reoccuring character in Terry Prachett's Discworld books. He's basically a demented old beggar who has a smell capable of rendering a horse unconscious at fifteen paces and who is constantly letting out a steady stream of nonsensical babbling. Shave him, give him several... dozen... baths, and put him in a suit and you'd basically have Rick Santorum.
Don't believe me? Take a look at these: http://www.addictinginfo.org/2012/0.....ive-president/
Anyways, yeah.

"Has not ever to my knowledge"... well, Rick, your knowledge is rather parochial, and will remain so unless you check every single definition of marriage. Oh, here's a time and place where the definition of marriage includes homosexuality: Select enlightened areas of the United States. Now. Similarly to free citizenship, it is a new thing, but it shows every sign of catching on.
(Also, who's Gaspode then?)

No kidding. I can just picture several aides following him through press conferences and photo ops and wincing every time he says something terminally stupid like "You shouldn't complain that the drugs keeping you alive are millions of dollars so long as people will pay nine hundred for an iPad" or "As president I would fully support a constitutional ban on all forms of pornography".
... I wish I was making those up. ._.;

No, Insane Troll Logic is a trope. It references the insane logic of the literal trolls in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the series which first used the phrase) and it's basically the phrase "insane logic" gone memetic with the addition of trolls, because trolls are funny.
"Okay, this is beyond evil. This is insane troll logic."
