I really love seeing Kintuse wearing a suit... let's give him a gun to go with that.. a deagle brand deagle to see how it fairs out, cause he's got nothing to hide.

It's powerful, but that lends itself to a lot of, uh... Issues. Considering that it's a handgun. Risk of injury notwithstanding, you have to deal with the recoil destroying any hope of aim, and then there's the possibility of magnum flinch. I'd be happy with a lower caliber than that. But that's probably because I'm an overly practically minded person around weapons tech.
Concealable knives? The first thing that comes to mind is legality. You don't want an automatic knife for that kinda usage. They're practical and effective, very easy to use, but that's exactly why they're illegal. Butterfly knives are theoretically usable, they can be opened fairly quickly, but unless you know your way around them really well and have a lot of practice, they're more trouble than they're worth, especially in situations where every fraction of a second counts. A regular old folding knife can work pretty well, but you want an ergonomic one that's preferably easy to open one-handed.
I could go into detail about blades and manufacturing processes and stuff, but I don't know how much use that'd be. Suffice to say that the more expensive knives are generally worth the extra cost. Why's this interest you, anyway?

Ah, I getcha. Depending on how concerned you are with your character staying on the safe side of the law, I guess you'd either want an automatic knife or a butterfly knife. Either will get the job done. I don't know a lot of information about automatic knives, having never investigated purchasing any, but I know that there are some high-quality butterfly knives out there. The best ones have handles that are made of solid pieces of metal, carved to be the appropriate shape. (The lower-quality ones have sandwiched-together strips of metal and even plastic, and are much less durable.)
