Well, anyway, Copter finally catches up with Heather in this chapter. Along the way, expect many a cameo, including the introduction of a new villain and the GeneX debut of the Babylon Rogues! It's getting crowded in Soleanna...
I even made an attempt at a sprite for Heather for this chapter's thumbnail... I'm not satisfied with it, but I guess I'll have plenty of opportunities to work on it for my future fangame projects.
