Yes its true Natalia has caught the Pony bug. or rather she used her shapeshifting ability to please her little angel, Hope after she began to have nightmares. This is one one of the many adorable forms she uses. The reason she is a unicorn because it represents her shapeshifting power which could be seen as transformation magic, which she can use while in this form. And that cutie mark is actually just her tattoo, a tattoo that represents her middle name. However I guess in this situation you could call her Rosie Coon.
