I think this is a very obvious photo. The Dog face there with big pointed ears going up. Almost looks Kangrooish too me. Anyway, this is a photo of a metal electrical panel cover that is mounted on the brick wall as you can see. Its not dust on there its just how the metal looks. Creepy.
