Just as the title implies, it is the second slice of the Strawberry Cream Cake. TLSCC~
What makes it extra unique is that the cake base itself wasn't dry or fluffy. The base was created using pureed Strawberries itself.
The slice here is to show the insides and to show the moistness, each layer of the cake even had a layer of thinly sliced strawberries within the icing mix to hold it together.
