Sooo, we went to a reptile show and bought 2 new baby ball pythons. ^_^;;;
Had to take multiple pictures because the wanted to explore too much lol.
3 of these guys were previously owned; only 2 are new. Remember ball pythons are very social snakes. There are always the exception, but that's why it's best to handle a snake first before purchasing. Also, if you try to handle your snake while it's hungry, you might be bitten, so it's good to keep them on a good feeding schedule. At least once a week, more for babies! All of these are considered "exotics" because of their color morphs, and won't be found in generic pet stores. So you'd either have to find them at reptile shows, or purchase from breeders.
We have:
1 Pastel (Pence) owned by Mono - he's the big boy.
1 Piebald (Relic) owned by Mono from Peter Khal- he's a low white, but he's the smaller dark one.
1 pale albino (Heidi) owned by Ciara from Peter Khal - She's missing an eye, but we think she is a cross between an albino with something else, with the way her markings look. Due to her imperfections she's never been a good eater, and we don't think she's going to get much bigger than she already is.
1 regular albino (Citrus) owned by Mono - He was purchased at the show yesterday and is very social. :D This is why we think Heidi is not just a regular albino, because of how different they look.
1 bumblebee(Sniper) owned by Ciara - He too was purchased at the show yesterday. He's the one with the crazy looking markings that are more lines than blotches.

Awwww, gorgeous bunch. If you ever do find another piebald to breed Relic with I'm sure the genetics would shine through. It's a bit hard to see any pied on him from the images ;n;
Always wanted an albino or a bumblebee. Such pretty little things. Although my favorite would be an axanthic killer bee. ♥

I love balls, be careful calling them "children's pythons" though because there actually is a commonly kept species called a children's python and I wouldn't recommend those critters to children at all >_<
Balls are adorable and friendly as can be though. But I still prefer my corns ^_^
