I didn't really plan on uploading the foam work but...I liked how it turned out. ^^; Kinda all came together after I got the feathers in there. Or rather after I got the cheek feathers in there. Only thing missing is that curled feather on the top of her head. Not gonna make that with foam though. I'mma put that one together on a wire so it can have that curl.
And I still have enough foam left for the body padding. :D XD
Okay I'd hope I'd have enough for that. I bought enough for that reason. I'll start putting that together next since I don't have the fur or fleece yet to fur this.
The front views of my foam work always don't look good though. In person and from the side or a 3/4 view it looks great. Head on you can see all the issues. Here it's with the feathers on the right side. The left side of the head looks great. The right...does not look as good. But it looks okay when looking at it just from that side. I really don't want to cut the feathers off and reapply them though...it might just end up looking worse.
I dunno. What do you think? Especially the more experienced suit makers. Just for those feathers is it worth just worrying over the slight unevenness?
Other than that, only other work that needs to be done is smoothing the beak out a little bit more. Since that's gonna be covered in fleece, I wanna get out as many bumps as I can. As far as carving out things is concerned though, that's done.

This is what I'm going to see about getting. http://doyeacosplay.com/Tokusou-Sen.....-P1454459.aspx x3 and yeah I will have a duckie and my SPD Transformer! Just need to put batteries in it.
xD Hoping that by 2013, that I'll have a full costume for my fursuit. It will be bloody hot though! Wearing Pink Spandex (looks around to see if Doctor K is around, she'll hurt me if she heard me call the outfit Spandex...) and a helmet to wear over my Fursuit Head. I kinda wanna be able to put it on while in fursuit, so when I take it off, you see my fursuit head. Gives the whole image of being a furry ranger, you know.
If you can get a helmet to wear over Kyera's head, that would be epic. :D Don't know how possible that's gonna be though. It'll take some work to figure it out. ^^; Not even Doggie Kruger has a helmet that fits over his muzzle. His muzzle has to change to fit the helmet. XD
Its possible if I can get someone to mold the size of Kyera's head. I'm thinking it would be like a Kigarumi head, but instead of putting it directly on my own head, it will fit around my fursuit head.
And yeah XD Doggie Kruger head was more human like, didn't look at all like his normal head. That was odd! But understandable!

Then make one. :)
Doesn't have to be perfect. My first suit head certainly wasn't. But if you wanna cosplay garurumon, go for it. 1) Because there needs to be more Digimon cosplayers (and not just Angemon, Angewomon or other humanoid ones or the trainers and 2) no one's stopping you (unless you don't have the money for materials...that might put a damper in your plans...^^; ).

I originally found you googling digimon cosplay and then had to search for you here! xD *stalks*
I hopefully plan on making a digi-cosplay, but I have to do some research first and hope I have the materials for my time frame of completion!
Okay anyway~ enough jabber, again, this is super cool and cute! I can already totally see her! Keep up the awesome work in suits and art!
