A very cool piece indeed.
I love the pose, and the contrast in color values adds a great energy to the piece. There's a simultaneous vibe of toughness and fun.
Especially with the goggles (which look kinda like a thick headband), I'm reminded of Sol Badguy, from the Guilty Gear video games.
The boots remind me of those Lego Bionicle toys ^_^;
