Taken by force, put through searing agony, turned into a freak who would be betrayed by his entire home. Blaze lost everything to gain the psychic attacks he now possesses. Except he still had one thing, a larvitar that was now fully evolved, and very much still his friend.

More than that though, Tia loved him, adored him. In her eyes, there was no denying that even with all he's been through, he is still the same kind mon she treasured. The one good thing that would never turn against him, the two were happy to abandon their old isolation and solitude to have shelter in the others arms.

Thus the curse became a gift, spiting in the face of egg groups, the two had the chance no other pair like them could, a child born from their union. Changed, mutated, abnormal...abominations...no matter how the world views them, they see only beloved in each other.

And that single handedly probably did the two of them more justice than anything I did in the actual series. I have to say, of all the main heroes, I personally feel that I did the absolute least with Tia and Blaze, and they are my least favorite couple because of that.

But than again saying that is like saying I like shrimp more than steak. I still will happily eat both if presented, and I still love these two all the same.

But really I don't think I did anywhere near enough with the two as I could have done. *shrugs* But oh well...live and learn. And we still did get some great insight into the two of them throughout the series.
