Liberty Risk: a sailor who has a reputation for getting into trouble while on liberty, or free time at the end of a work day/deployment.

I'm still working out the kinks, but she's meant to be a fun representation of my military service. I plan to have her portrayed in various Sailor Lolita outfits, and to thrust her into as many fun, mischievous circumstances as I can imagine.
