12:07am? Ha! Rank amateur; try being glued to the computer and not go to sleep until first light? I'd say... 7am.
I worked nights for over a year and a half (12am-7am), so right now, my body is used to sleep during the day and I don't usually go to sleep until 3am, and that's because I "force" myself to go to sleep at that time, otherwiose, I can't go to work on my shift assignment (4pm-12am).
