Here is my very first animated submission, made in Jasc Animation Shop
Recently I came up with the idea that when Zane talks, his mouth lights up with each word, much like various robots do in various cartoons. While he CAN move his mouth when he speaks, he just thinks having a lightbulb looks cooler when he speaks, so he set it as his default speaking method rather than actually moving his mouth, so it's rather his choice of speaking. Mind you, he can still make expressions with his mouth.
If you want, I can make an animation where he actually moves his mouth when he speaks.
